Repair of Lacerations

Simple and complex lacerations can be closed here in the office without a trip to the emergency room. We are qualified to deal with lacerations almost anywhere on the body including the face, head, and hands. Local anesthesia is used with a syringe and small needle. The wounds are thoroughly cleaned, repaired with suture, and then bandaged. The sutures are usually removed during your follow-up visit in 7 – 10 days.
