  • Dr. Smith, who is certified by the American Board of Surgery, grew up in Demopolis, Alabama. He completed his B.S. degree in Chemistry at the University of Alabama and obtained his M.D. degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Following an Internship in General Surgery, Dr. Smith completed his Surgery Residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham.   • Dr. Windham, who has practiced medicine in Cullman since 1982 and is the founder of Surgical Arts, P.C., was born in England, grew up in Memphis, Tenn., and graduated from high school in Russellville, Ala. His undergraduate studies were completed with "high honors" at Auburn University where he was also a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta pre medical honorary society.   • Dr. Evans, who joined Surgical Arts, P.C., in August, 1992, is a native of Neosho, Mo. He was awarded an academic scholarship to the University of Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. Continuing his studies there, he was appointed to "Pi Omicron Sigma Honorary Society" for leadership.   • Specializing in Surgical Health Care for children and adults, Dr. Iacobelli began her surgical career here at Surgical Arts in July, 1991.
